Becoming a Transformational Christian School
The entire system of education is being disrupted. Student preferences have changed. Secular norms have shifted. Delivery methods are being questioned. Quality and cost are being re-evaluated. Yet, Christian educators have never been so well positioned to make an impact. Are you moving toward the need and being a transformational school?
This year’s Wheaton Academy Institute’s Best Practices Conference for the Christian School™ will focus the discussion to assist you in navigating the journey of becoming a transformational school. Our learning tracks—Vision & Leadership, Curriculum & Instruction, School Finance & Promotion, and Student Leadership & Spiritual Life—will allow school leaders to share their experiences and become better equipped to lead through the necessary transformation change occurring in Christian education. This year’s conference will be at Maranatha High School in beautiful Pasadena, California.
For 2022, we will align the learning tracks to specific leadership roles, as follows:
- Head of School/Principal
- Finance & Operations
- Marketing & Advancement/Development
- Director of Spiritual Life
- Director of Curriculum
We will also be offering an opportunity for schools to have a dedicated space and time following the Conference for a facilitated strategy and planning session with one of the Institute’s leadership. Bring your team and dedicate time to aligning your school’s strategy, priorities, and action steps. Will you be a transformational Christian school?
