This year’s Wheaton Academy Institute’s Best Practices Conference for the Christian School™ will focus the discussion to assist you in navigating the journey of becoming a transformational school. Our learning tracks—Vision & Leadership, Curriculum & Instruction, School Finance & Promotion, and Student Leadership & Spiritual Life—will allow school leaders to share their experiences and become better equipped to lead through the necessary transformation change occurring in Christian education. This year’s conference will be at Maranatha High School in beautiful Pasadena, California. 

For 2022, we will align the learning tracks to specific leadership roles, as follows:

• Marketing & Advancement/Development 
• Director of Spiritual Life 
• Director of Curriculum 

We will also be offering an opportunity for schools to have a dedicated space and time following the Conference for a facilitated strategy and planning session with one of the Institute’s leadership.
