Instructional Coaching Intensive

This year’s annual coaching intensive will be at Rehoboth Christian School! Teaching for Transformation is excited to continue to provide training and support to TfT schools around the growing practice of Instructional Coaching. In many of our TfT schools, Instructional Coaching has become a vital support tool for the ongoing development/growth of teaching and learning practices within the TfT classroom.

Pre-Intensive

In addition to the two-day coaching intensive, we are also offering a pre-intensive day to provide learners an opportunity to participate in a FLEx centered around the Rehoboth Christian community. We know designing FLEx is one of the most challenging practices of TfT — this pre-intensive is an opportunity to experience “real work, real needs, real people” as a learner, so that you are better equipped to both design FLEx and coach others in their design.

Prospective TfT Schools

This year, we are also opening limited registration to non-TfT schools. Come join school leaders and instructional coaches from TfT schools to learn about how TfT uses instructional coaching for deeper learning. There are 20 spots available for non-TfT school participants.
