Event Details

The West Virginia Hope Summit will gather leaders of private or accredited nonpublic schools in West Virginia to celebrate the passing of the West Virginia Hope Scholarship Program. The goal of this summit is to provide assistance for school leaders to implement Educational Savings Accounts with integrity and fidelity.

Presented by EdChoice, in association with the Cardinal Institute, Love Your School West Virginia, the Yes. Every Kid. Foundation., and CACE.


Registration and Schedule

The event will begin on Friday, March 1, 2024 at 5:15 in the evening with registration and our first keynote speaker. The event will conclude on Saturday, March 2, 2024 at 3:15 in the afternoon. A more detailed schedule is available here.

Hotel and Venue

The summit will be hosted at the Four Points by Sheraton Charleston, in Charleston, West Virginia. EdChoice is offering complimentary room reservations for Friday, March 1. The deadline to reserve one of these rooms is Tuesday, February 13 at 5 p.m. and can be done through the event registration.
