Without excellent school leaders we can’t have excellent schools. – Andy Wolfe
Introduction:
I was recently introduced to Andy Wolfe of The Church of England Foundation for Educational Leadership who is eighteen months into the development of a process of training, developing, supporting, and networking school leaders in the 4,700 Church of England schools that serve over 1 million students and make up 20 percent of the educational market. Throughout this podcast you will continuously hear Andy’s desire to develop leaders and support the integration of their development of Ethos-driven schools (why we exist) that achieve high quality outcomes (what we are held accountable to achieving).

Example of this Work:
Andy shared resources with me that the Foundation has developed to promote leadership conversations; likewise, you will hear in the podcast that I used some of these questions with a group to discuss Marketing, Enrollment, and Admissions in religious schools. See below for the types of questions, and as you listen to the podcast you will hear how Andy uses them in their “Peer Support Networks”.
